Redwood City submitted an application to SFPUC in May, but has not received any response yet. Several different departments within SFPUC have to review it and I am told it is making progress, but there has been no output yet. I will post an update as soon as I get more information!

The application was submitted in May and they are waiting for SFPUC to complete their review. The target was the “end of the summer”, so I hope to hear something soon.

The review will determine what next steps are necessary, but the process is sure to include an environmental review (CEQA) as well as community outreach to determine how residents would like to see the space used and what concerns adjacent neighbors may have.
